A little movie

We also made a little movie of Flow. Here she is in a very deep sleep. Frank is cuddling her and far, far away in her dreams she likes it very much. Look at her little feet, how she`s kicking them....

Flow on the 30th december 2006

Flow is now 22 days old and almost one kilo. She is still the smallest but when one of her brothers or sisters does something she does`nt like she goes into defense. When she has a goal she goes for it.
Her whitemarks, on the top of her head, are changing because her hair is growing.
She walks like someone who`s drunk, a pleasure to look at. It`s nice to see how the puppies on this moment are playing with eachother and the other moment drop down and sleep.
The puppies are now getting fresh meatballs once a day and they like it very much.
We look forward to see her again.....

Today we went to see Flow

Today we went to see Flow. She has gained 200 grams en weights now about 800 grams. She is still the smallest of all. Her eyes are open and now she can hear too. She is very active but sleeping and eating is for now her favorite activity. We think she`s adorable, she is our little Flow. When we talk about her here in our home we sometimes say:"Go with the Flow". She is now almost 3 weeks old. Except milk she is getting meat now. Every time we can visit her its a pleasure and we love every minute.

Flow 13 days old

This is Flow and she is now 13 days old. Today she opened her eyes. She is now the smallest of all puppies and weights 580 grams but there for she`s very though, without problems she`ll finds her way to the "milkbar". Today we`ve got some presents from some very good friends of Franky. From Vivian we`ve got a christmasball with doggy cookies and from Henriette we`ve got a handmade santa claus with Flow`s name on it and birth date. We`ve put both presents in our christmastree. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for these nice presents. Dank jullie wel Viv en Henriette voor deze lieve kadootjes!!!!!!!!!!!
Chico our rabbit didn`t like the smell of our hands (smell of the dogs) and ran away and stamped her feet. She smelled danger. Now, each time when we come home from visiting Flow we let her smell our hands. Maybe some time she will be used to the smell of dogs.....

Tomorow we will visit Flow again. Franky says that her eyes are almost open....We bought some puppietoys today for Flow. Tomorrow i`ll place some new pictures.....

Today we visited Flow

Today we went to see Flow. She is now 9 days old. It was a plesure to see her and all of her brothers and sisters. Ofcourse we toke some pictures. Her nose is starting to turn brown. Her eyes were still shut, it does take a few more days and then they will open. They make also nice sounds; sucking sounds of course when they are drinking and tiny little "barking" sounds.
Franky said that Flow is drinking so fast that the milk comes out of her nose.
We`ve just got home and i already look out for the next time we can visit Flow...Maybe her eyes are open then...

Just a few hours

I`m so exciting. About just a few hours we will see Flow again. I`m so curious how she looks. When we are home later i`ll place some pictures of our visit. For now a picture of 14 december 2006, mama and her puppies....

Father of Flow

This is the father of Flow. His name is Groovy Sprocked of the Benjy Bunch.He is born on the 15th of april 2003.

Mother of Flow

This is the mother of Flow. Her name is Countess Maxime of the Benjy Bunch. She is born on the 6 th of january 2001.

Spots

This picture is a close up from the nose of Flow. You can see that her nose shows some little brown spots. At an amount of time the nose will be brown.

Maxime and her puppies 14-12-2006

Today we`ve got some very nice pictures from Franky (dogbreeder). At this picture you see Maxime and her puppies. Maxime is very relaxed and turns on her back. Some of the puppies stick to the nipples and turn with her. Flow is one of the two who lies between the legs of Maxime.
On the picture you see a green frog. This frog belongs to Flow, we bought her this one so the smell of the nest will stick to it and then when she comes home we take the green frog with us and put it at the place where she`ll sleep. So she can always sniff her family and hope that this (and of course some other ajustments) makes her comfortable the first nights in a strange home.

This is Flow on the 11th of december, she s then 3 days old. She drinks very well, puts on weight en grows well.

How it began

Hello,

We are Frank, Yessin and Joyce and we live in Landgraaf, Holland. We have a child, Yessin and he is 6 years old. He is our only child.
About a year ago we agreed to get a dog. We wanted a dog with long hair but we dindn`t know wich breed to get. Then we heard of the Bearded collie, we start reading in books and on the internet, we visited dogbreeders and learned many things about this wonderfull dog. Now we are almost the new owners of a beautifull and special fawn bitch. She is born on the 8 th of december and is now four days old. Her name is Flow (Moment in Time) She is born in Maastricht with Franky Goossens, she is a dogbreeder with all her heart. Flow`s mother is called Maxime and is a brown bitch, Flow`s father is a brown male and is called Sprokkel. Together they got 7 puppies: 2 brown bitches, 2 fawn bitches, 1 fawn male and 2 brown males.
Since Friday we went twice to Flow and visit her, we immidiatly fell in love with her, she is our special girl. We hope she grows up to be a happy, lively and beautifull dog.
